All orders are thoughtfully prepared and shipped from our headquarters in Switzerland:

Shipping Providers
We partner with trusted courier services, including Swiss Post and FedEx, to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch, and a signature will be required upon delivery to uphold the highest standards of security.

Shipping Rates and Processing Time
Shipping rates are determined by the destination country and service selected. Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding holidays) following confirmation. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs Clearance and Delays
Please be aware that any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country are beyond our control.

Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped within Europe, AENEIS covers all import duties and taxes, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery. For destinations outside of Europe, import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the order total and will be billed separately by local authorities.

Order Integrity
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. By completing your purchase, you confirm that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. Payment will be processed in full upon acceptance of your order.

RETURNS

At AENEIS, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you wish to make a return, our policy is designed to provide a seamless and efficient process.

Return Period
You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to request a return or a one-time exchange. Kindly ensure that you contact us within 10 days of delivery, as requests received beyond this timeframe may not be accommodated.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please email hello@aeneis.ch within 10 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and specify whether your request is for an exchange or refund in the subject line.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with all tags and packaging.

  • Products should be carefully folded, wrapped in the original tissue paper, and placed inside the original box to prevent damage during transit.

  • A copy of your receipt should be included inside the package.

  • Returns must be shipped using a secure, trackable service with a signature requirement within 5 days of receiving return authorization. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided via email.

Compliance with Guidelines Adherence to the return conditions is essential. Non-compliance may result in processing delays, deductions from the refund value, or the refusal of your return or exchange request. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • AENEIS is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

  • Shipping charges for the original order and return are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale Items: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your request. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Return Fee
The return fee is calculated based on the destination country and will be communicated upon approval of your return request. This fee must be settled prior to processing the return.
